It allows flaring the anchoring body and gets

lock with bearing rollers.

CAUTION:

Please stop once the shaft is locked, excess

rotation of locking nut may cause damage to

puller of bearing.

Once the anchoring body is locked with

bearing hold the anchoring body shaft at the

top using the open end spanner 18 mm.

Use the open-end spanner 30 mm and turn the

pulling nut clockwise, do not allow anchoring

shaft to turn along with pulling nut.

It will start to pull the bearing out from the

casing.

Turn the pulling nut (30 mm) till the bearing

comes out completely from the casing.

Once the bearing comes out, unlock the

anchoring shaft by turning the locking nut

anticlockwise on the top and slowly tap on the

locking stud down to unlock the bearing from

anchoring body and to remove bearing from

the tool.

NOTE: SHIMS SHOULD NOT BE REUSED.

NOTE:

1. Apply anabond 112 on threads of all fasteners

2. Apply silicon liquid gasket anabond 690 on

housing interface.

3. The chips collected by magnetic drain plug,

are to be removed at the time of every oil

change.

4. Keep inner and outer races of taper roller

bearing in sets.

5. Use sealing anaerobic compound for all oil

seals outer diameter.

6. For oil seals of input drive shaft and bellows

use anabond 112.
