C. LINEAR PRESSURE SENSOR (LPS)
Location:
Linear Pressure Sensor is located on high pressure
liquid tube, beside the brake booster.
Trinary pressure switch is provided on the high pres-
sure tube liquid line of the refrigerant and it is
functionally connected to Vehicle Electronic control
Unit (VCU) to control the AC compressor and radia-
tor/ condenser fan. It also gives a feedback to the
Control panel in case of its intervention.
PIN OUT:
REMOVAL
1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recover-
ing equipment.
2. Disconnect electrical connector on LPS.
3. Remove pressure sensor from AC pipe
FITMENT
Follow the reverse procedure of removal.
