3. Remove the fuel line connections (Quick fit
Connectors) to the fuel filter.
4. Remove two mounting fasteners and take it
out from mounting bracket.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse.
2. Start the engine and inspect the connections
for leaks. Stop the engine immediately and
repair if any leaks.
v. DRAINING WATER FROM FUEL FILTER
1. Stop the engine allow the pressure to
stabilize.
2. Disconnect the electrical connection of the
fuel filter and also disconnect one of the fuel
lines either inlet or outlet.
3. Loosen the water drain port nipple. Connect
suitable tool to the water drain port and drain
water.
4. Reconnect the fuel line and electrical
connection that was disconnected.
NOTE
Drain the water from the fuel filter during every
service.
