d) Rough Mode (Terrain Mode)
This display shows vehicle is in Rough drive mode
when user deselects the Sport or Economy mode
& rotate the DCS in anticlockwise direction.
e) Economy Mode (Engine Mode)
This display shows vehicle is in Economy drive
mode when user selects the Economy

19. Gear indication
Manual
The Current Gear number displayed on the DIS
screen based on gear shift lever position when
clutch pedal is fully released.
Note:
When there is a failure in the system, instead of
gear no ‘Fault’ shall be displayed. If ’Fault’ is
displayed in the Gear number position, take your
vehicle to authorized TATA service centre to get it
repaired.
Automatic Transmission
In Automatic Transmission the Current Gear
displayed on the DIS screen based on gear shift
lever position when clutch pedal is fully released.
Note: When there is a failure in the system,
instead of gear ‘Fault’ shall be displayed. If ’Fault’
is displayed in the Gear Display position, take
your vehicle to authorized TATA service centre to
get it repaired.
20. Gear up/down recommendation
The Gear Up / Down recommender recommends
the user to change the gears for better
performance
Note:
If the vehicle is in correct gear position, the gear
recommender shall not be shown.
