PARKING BRAKE CABLE
REMOVAL
1. Place the vehicle on two post lift.
2. Ensure parking brakes in released condition.
3. Loose the lock nut. Separate the LH cable by
loosening adjustment nut.
4. Remove ‘cover, rear’ from front console. &
remove the cable from hook on parking brake
lever. Push inner cable from pipe.
5 Remove the screw from the cable mounting
bracket.
6 Separate the RH cable & jointer to free the
front cable.
7 Remove snap fitted outer cable end of Rear
rh & lh cable from bracket on twist blade.
8 Remove the nut from turn bukle and remove
the screw from parking brake clamp to
disconnect the brake assembly.
