14.Install the gear side differential bearing race
using and.
15.Install the output and main shafts as a group.
16.Tighten gear shaft rear bearing retention bolt by
interlocking shafts using input shaft Lock Plate.
a. Tighten output shaft bearing retention bolt by
rotating in Anti-clockwise direction
b. Tighten Input shaft bearing retention bolt by
rotating in clockwise direction
17.Install the 3-4-R gear shifter fork assembly.
18.Install the 1-2-5-6 gear shifter fork assembly.
19.Install the reverse idler gear and the needle
bearing.
20.Using a hydraulic press, install the pin to the
reverse gear mounting bracket.
21.Install the reverse idler gear assembly.
NOTE:
The case halves must be assembled within 15
minutes after the application of the anaerobic
sealant. Do not allow transmission oil or any other
