vi. TXV
The TXV for HVAC is located on the firewall in the
engine compartment.
REMOVAL OF TXV
1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recover-
ing equipment.
2. Loosen and remove bolts and disconnect the inlet
and outlet lines i.e. high pressure line and low
pressure line.
3. Loosen and remove the Allen screws of size-4
and remove the TXV from the HVAC unit.
vii. PRESSURE SENSOR / SWITCH
PETROL
1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recover-
ing equipment.
2. Remove the Front Bumper.(Refer Exterior sec-
tion)
3. Disconnect electrical connector.
4. Loosen & remove pressure switch.
DIESEL
1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recov-
ering equipment.
2. Remove wiper arms & wiper motor.

trical section)

3. Remove leaf screen
(Refer body section)
.
4. Remove plenum
(Refer body section)
.
5. Disconnect electrical connector.
6. Loosen & remove pressure switch.
FITMENT
For fitment, follow reverse procedure of removal.
