1.8 ENGINE OVERHAULING

A. ENGINE DIS-ASSEMBLY

i. ON OVERHAUL STAND

1. After removing the engine assembly from the

vehicle, keep that engine on engine support

stand.

SPECIAL TOOL



Engine Support Stand -: 5438 5890 2402

2. Disconnect all the electrical connectors and

remove the engine wiring harness.

3. Remove gear box along with starter motor.

).

4. Remove the turbocharger to intercooler hose
