2.42 REAR WIPER MOTOR
REMOVAL
1. Open the cap of rear wiper blade and arm
assembly as shown in figure.
2. Loosen and remove rear wiper blade and arm
assembly mounting fastener.
3. Remove rear wiper blade and arm assembly.
4. Remove outside wiper motor mounting nut
(Tightening torque 0.64 Kg-m TO 0.93 Kg-m).
5. Remove tail gate trim. (For procedure Refer
Tailgate Trim removal process.)
6. Disconnect wiper motor connector.
7. Loosen and remove three wiper motor fastener
to remove wiper motor (Tightening torque 0.7
Kg-m to 0.95 Kg-m).
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
2.43 FRONT WIPER
REMOVAL
1. Remove Wiper Spindle Cap.
2. Loosen and remove wiper blade mounting
fastener and pull wiper arms out of wiper
spindle (Tightening torque 1.5 kgfm).
3. Lift the bonnet and fix it in the stay rod.
4. Remove plenum caps from plenum trim near
Driver and Co driver side wiper spindles.
5. Remove Plenum Cover assembly. (For
procedure refer Plenum Cover assembly
removal process.)
