DRIVESHAFT_PETROL

9. ON VEHICLE ASSEMBLY OF DRIVE

SHAFT (LH & RH SIDE)

1. Install the Drive shaft into Knuckle End.

2. Install the Drive shaft into Gear Box End.

3. Insert the LCA ball joint in knuckle & tighten

the mounting fastener with torque 5.5 Kg-m.

4. Insert the steering Link ball joint into knuckle

& tighten the nyloc nut with torque 7 ± 0.5

kgm.

5. By Using allen Key and Connect Upper ARB

Link onto the Front Strut.

6. Apply Brake and Tighten Drive shaft Lock

Nut.

7. Fix Mud liner front RH.

8. Position wheel and tighten the front wheels

Nuts.
