7. Pull out the top cover with bush from the
selector shaft with the help of proper Fixture.
8. Remove the dust cover with oil seal.
ASSEMBLY OF TOP COVER:
Follow the Reverse Procedure for assembly.
J. IDNETIFICATION OF COMPONENTS
I. SHIFTER SHAFTS
1. Each shifter shaft has two holes to insert dowel
pin with notch for Fitment of shifter fork &
shifter Dog.
II. ENGAGING GEARS

speed engaging gear is having smaller dia
inner spline for fitment on Input shaft.

2. 3rd and 4th engaging gear is similar in size with

& 6
th
engaging gear but having bigger inner
splines to fit on Input shaft.
