2.38 FUEL FILLER ASSEMBLY.

REMOVAL

1. Open fuel LID complete assembly.

2. Loosen and Remove two mounting screw of

fuel LID assembly and remove the assembly.

3. Pull out the filler cap chord from its location

and remove the filler cap.

4. Remove the wheel arch (refer wheel arch

removal process.)

5. Remove mounting screw of Fuel LID Latch

assembly.

6. Disconnect Fuel LID Cable from Fuel LID

Latch.

7. Disconnect Fuel LID Cable from Fuel LID

Lever and pull it out from the luggage

compartment.

8. Remove two mounting nut of clamping plate.

9. Remove Filler Pipe Mounting Bracket screw.

10. Remove Spring Band Clamp from Fuel Filler

Pipe and separate it from Fuel Filler Hose.

11. Remove Spring Band Clamp from Breather

Pipe and separate it from Breather Hose.

12.Pull out the fuel filler pipe assembly behind the

fuel filler housing and take it out.

FITMENT

For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
