14.Remove four cap screw.
15.Remove mounting screw from Gen-3 bearing
Mount & take out Gen 3 bearing.
16.Remove the back plate along with brake shoe
assembly.
17. Remove the shock absorber lower bolts and
coil springs. (Refer removal and refitment of
shock absorber and coil springs).
18. Remove the twist beam cross bolt by
unscrewing nuts of LH & RH side.
19. Lower the twist beam with proper support
stand.
20.Remove twist beam front pivot bush using
special tools.
NOTE:
Apply soap water to the bush and the bore of
twist beam assembly before installation.
Tightening of RTB on body. No jacking to be
done on beam, avoid oil based lubricant while
pushing the bushes in eye.
