3. Remove the belt.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION
Ensure that the tool is correctly located
during the belt fitment process. Make sure
that while rotating the crank shaft pulley the
belt should not slip away from AC
Compressor pulley.
J. TIMING BELT REMOVAL
1. Drain and collect engine oil.
2. Remove RH side front tyre.
3. Remove RH side mud liner and wheel arch
liner.
(Refer Body section for removal
procedure).
4. Remove compressor and alternator belt.
5. Disconnect and remove engine wiring harness
mounted on head cover. Set the wiring
harness aside.
