7. Turn crankshaft to bring piston to top dead
center.
8. Remove piston assembly from the cylinder
block using wooden handle of the mallet.
9. Follow the same procedure to remove the
remaining two pistons.
10. Using suitable pliers, remove piston pin round
wire circlip.
11. Remove the connecting rod bearing caps
along with bearing shells.
12. Remove gudgeon pin from the small end of
connecting rod.
13. Remove connecting rod.
NOTE
Keep each piston and gudgeon pin as a
set, when removed.
14. Using ring expander, remove piston rings
15. Insert flywheel locking pin to lock flywheel.
16. Remove flywheel mounting bolts and then
flywheel locking pin.
