3. Remove injector claws and then remove fuel
injectors.
NOTE
Start removing injectors from timing belt side.
Use injector puller for removing injectors. (Injector
Holder -: 5412 5890 0701).
4. Remove H.P. pump to fuel rail high pressure
line.
NOTE
Do not reuse the HP pipes once removed; use
new HP pipes at the time of assembly.
5. Remove the mounting bolts of the fuel rail and
take it out.
iii. REMOVAL OF EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND
OTHER COMPONENTS
1. Remove all temperature sensors on DPF
assembly.
NOTE
Temperature sensors have locater. Care should
be taken when istalling and removing.
