4. Remove the mounting bolts of the four hinge

assembly. Follow the same procedure at the

other end and separate the trunk lid from the

vehicle.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of

removal.

NOTE

Ensure proper tightening torque is given to the

hinges of tailgate. For torque value refer to the

tightening torque table.



TRUNK LID LATCH

REMOVAL

1. Open the trunk lid.

2. Remove the tail lid inner trim.

(For procedure

refer tail lid trim removal procedure).

3. Disconnect the link between latch and the Lock

Barrel.

4. Disconnect the electrical connection to the

latch.

(If applicable)
