14.Disconnect hoses on the EGR cooler unit.
Remove mounting screws and take out
thermostat on EGR cooler assembly.
NOTE
Gasket not to be reused.
15.Remove exhaust manifold sensor.
16.Remove inlet and outlet lubrication lines
connecting to the turbocharger.
NOTE
Gasket not to be reused.
NOTE
Sealing washer not to be reused.
17.Remove mounting fasteners and take out the
turbo charger assembly.
NOTE
Fastners not to be reused.
18.Remove the turbocharger gasket.
NOTE
Gasket not to be reused.
