12. Insert Middle silencer assembly into rubber
hangers. (Ensure proper orientation of silencer
assy. rubber hangers).
13. Insert exhaust Front pipe assembly into
exhaust main silencer assy up to stopper
touch. Just hand tighten the fasteners of pipe
in pipe joint clamp.
14. Insert exhaust tail pipe assembly into exhaust
main silencer assy up to stopper touch. Just
hand tighten the fasteners of pipe in pipe joint
clamp.
15. Tight the bracket on front pipe bolt mounted on
engine housing & apply the specified
tightening torque.
16. Tight the pipe in pipe joint clamp nut & apply
the specified tightening torque.
NOTE
Ensure flex bellow should not be pre stress or bend
as shown in below figure & also ensure proper
orientation of rubber hangers
17. Install engine underbody guard.
18. Install Snorkel and Air filter assembly.
19. Connect battery’s negative terminal.
