7. Remove Anti roll bar Assembly.
8. Remove the Engine C mount bracket bolt on
subframe.
9. Remove Power Steering Gear Assembly
mountings on Sub Frame.
10.Remove Four Mountings on sub Frame
Assembly as shown
15. INSTALLATION
OF
SUBFRAME
ASSEMBLY
Follow the Reverse Procedure of removal of sub
frame assembly.
Sub frame to be aligned to BIW with help of
pin & fixture. Locating holes are available in
sub frame & BIW at rear.
For tightening sub frame bolts, 6 point hex
head socket is recommend. Don’t use 12
point hex socket.
NOTE:
Do not reuse subframe mounting bolt. It is only for
one time use.
Do not reuse the lower ball joint to knuckle
mounting bolt & LCA front pivot bolt.
Use Torx hex socket for tightening of LCA front
pivot bolt.
