7. To remove the CMC pushrod eye from clutch
pedal clevis pin, pull out the push rod from
pedal pin.
8. Remove the connection on CMC.
9. Remove connection to TMC (Tandem master
Cylinder).
10. Turn the CMC to 45º clockwise to remove the
CMC from Firewall.
11. Remove Accelerator pedal Assembly. (Follow
Accelerator pedal Removal procedure).
12. Remove all mountings Hex Flange nut M8 on
clutch control bracket & take out bracket from
firewall.
Booster & control mounting nuts tightening torque
2~2.4 kgf-m.
NOTE
At the time of fitment apply thin coat of multi
purpose grease on clevis pin.
Align the axis of brake pedal hole with the
Booster fork hole and after inserting the clevis
pin through Booster fork and brake pedal
check the free rotation of clevis pin.
