3. REGULAR MAINTENANCE
A. CLUTCH BLEEDING PROCEDURE

fluid.
NOTE
Whenever Clutch master Cylinder/ Concentric
Slave Cylinder /clutch hose/ pressure line tube
has to be removed or if the clutch pedal is spongy,
bleed the system.
a) CLUTCH BLEEDING PROCEDURE FOR
PRODUCTION PLANT
Ensure clutch pedal position as shown in "view-
Q" for evacuation and brake bleeding. Vacuum
pressure filling to be followed on production line.
b) REPAIR BLEEDING PROCEDURE
1. Check before bleeding ensure all joints are
intact and not leaking.
2. Remove the dust cap from hydraulic adopter
at transaxle end and ensure it don't misplace,
After bleeding need to put dust cap on
hydraulic adopter.
3. Use suitable size pipe on hydraulic adopter
outlet port with reservoir to collect bleeding
oil.
4. At booster reservoir "dot-4" brake fluid to be
filled, ensure max. Level and During bleeding
reservoir refill provision to be ensure.
5. Rapid clutch pedal actuations 10-20 times,
hold clutch pedal in pressed condition and
Press the clip down & hold as shown in
position - 2, pull out the hydraulic High
pressure line till it comes out and stop by the
locking ring .this is ready for bleeding.
After bleeding push the hydraulic pipeline,
and clip has to be come in as shown in
position - 1.
CAUTION:
If Clip has been lifted up or taken out by using
screw driver then it will get deform and loose its
shape.
6. Repeat this process till bubble less fluid is
coming out. Remove pipe and put the dust
cap.
