5. Tighten bottom mounting bolts of the

crankshaft seal.

v. FITMENT OF CYLINDER HEAD ON

CYLINDER BLOCK

Refer “Repair and Inspection Details” section

before reusing components.

1. Place the Cylinder Head gasket as shown.

NOTE

Use new head gasket while installing.

Ensure that the "TOP" mark on the gasket is facing

towards the intake manifold side of the block.

Choose the thickness of the cylinder head gasket

to be used, as a function of the maximum value

between the averages of the protrusion of the

pistons
