vii. REMOVAL OF CYLINDER HEAD

1. Remove camshaft sensor.

2. Remove glow plugs.

3. Remove mounting bolt of head cover.

4. Remove mounting bolts of both cam shaft

gear.

5. Slide down the camshafts and remove both

camshaft gear in the head cover.

6. Tap camshafts and remove exhaust camshaft

oil seal and intake camshaft end cover

NOTE

Seals not to be reused.
