Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU

Measure the Valve Coil Inductance value and check
whether it is above than 120 mH at 100 HZ.
Replace Valve
Go to Next Step

Measure the fly-back voltage appearing at ECM pin A069
when Valve is turned Off. Is the voltage > 20 V?
Replace Valve
Go to Next Step

DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, Test Drive the vehicle for 2 KM and ensure that no DTC’s are logged in ECM.
Perform the IO / Actuator Test forEGr cooler bypass valve. Test shall be successful.
