Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES

Check the wiring harness continuity between ECM pin
K052 and Clutch position sensor pin 3
Check the wiring harness continuity between the ECM pin
K012 and Clutch position sensor pin 2
Is the continuity exists?
Go to next step
Rectify / Repair

Check whether the EMS pin K052 is open circuited

Check whether the EMS pin K012 is shorted to Ground.

Check for damage of pins / back out of pins at EMS
connector and Clutch position sensor connector

Check whether the air gap is as per the specification
mentioned below

Modify the Clutch

Replace Clutch

Air Gap Requirement:
DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, Test Drive the vehicle for 2 KM and ensure that no DTC’s are logged in ECM.
Press the clutch pedal check the Clutch Top travel and bottom travel switch input parameters.
When clutch Half pressed, Clutch Top Travel == Active, Bottom Travel == Inactive
