Trouble Shooting:-
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer
1) Replacement of ECU
2) Drive the vehicle on road and check the FATC
Circuit Schematic Diagram:-
Flash the ECU
With Correct Flash File
Replace the
ECU
1. Clear the DTC from the memory
2. Turn the ignition switch off and again
turn it on without cranking the vehicle.
3. Check for DTCs

Stop
No
Is DTC
Present?
Yes

Stop
1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
2. Turn the Ignition ON
3. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
4. Record the DTC & Clear
5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON
6. Verify If

is present
