Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Check whether the EMS ECU is getting power supply and
GND
Go to step 2
Rectify wiring
Harness as per the
schematic if found
faulty
2.
Check whether the Main relay is faulty or not also check
Rail pressure sensor connector is properly connected to the
IMV or not
Rectify/Replace if
found main relay is
faulty
Go to Next Step 3
3.
Check if there is any mud, dirt, foreign particle
accumulation on the connector
Remove dirt and
foreign particle
accumulated on the
connector
Go to Next Step 4

Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector? Also
check electrical continuity of wiring harness between ECU
and rail pressure sensor as per circuit schematics.
Rectify the
connection
Go to Next Step

Fault Still Persists??
Fault still
persists then Call
Hot line.
Follow the steps
again for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:
•
Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds also
•
If error present, then rectify the errors. Confirm that there is not error logged present before handed over
•
vehicle to customer.
