Require the routine to be executed with a pop up to the user in event of failure or success of the
routine. In case of failure\unsuccessful status of any of the motor actuators terminate with

9. Read the DTC (write it to log) and clear the DTC.
10. Unlock security to FATC ECU (27 03/04)
11. Do the Diagnostics process
a. Read VIN from Vehicle (22 f1 90)

c. Read VIN in FATC (22 F1 90)
12. Read version no from existing FATC and compare against server
