Customer Symptom

Passive tailgate Entry is not working.

Fault Effects (On Vehicle)

Passive tailgate Entry does not work.

Lamp Status (If Any)

Fault Detection Condition

When open circuit of the back antenna is detected, PEPS logs

this DTC.

Normal Operating Condition

When tailgate switch is pressed with valid UID, tailgate opens.

Probable Trouble Area

3. Cable connection damaged.

4. Antenna fault.

Healing Condition

At IGN ON, when LF diagnostics routine is run, DTC shall not

be logged.

1. Check respective ECU pins for oxidation, bending, & damage.
