Are connectors
loose?
1. Remove BCM Connectors
2. Perform visual check for pin bent or damage
Is any connector
faulty?
Correct the connect fault
Yes
Remove Heated Window Relay
[R6]
Check continuity of BCM CAN-H
[C1-45]
with battery or open
No
Is continuity or open
found?
Correct the BCM side wiring harness to
remove wrong continuity
Perform visual and functional checks for
Heated Window Relay
[R6]
No
Yes
Reconnect the connectors firmly
Yes
No

Check BCM Connectors for terminal back out
Disconnect vehicle battery connection
