Hazard Indicator Led always OFF.
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
Hazard Indicator Led always OFF.
Lamp Status (If Any)
Always OFF
Fault Detection Condition
BCM log this fault when Hazard Indicator Led is short to
ground.
Normal Operating Condition
Hazard Indicator Led comes ON when hazard switch is
activated.
Probable Trouble Area
1. BCM connector Fault
2. Hazard Indicator Led damaged
3. BCM ECU fault.
4. Hazard Indicator Led mating connector fault
Healing Condition
1. Ignition OFF
ON
2. Clear DTC Command
Component Details:
Hazard Indicator Led is located at the dashboard of the vehicle. Hazard Indicator Led comes ON when
hazard switch is activated.
Preliminary Checks:
1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above)
2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
