Trouble Shooting:-

Disconnect BCM ECU power supply
connector. Check voltage b/w pin 1& 2.
(Refer Connector View & Information)
Is DTC
Present?
Yes
No
Stop
1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool.
2. Turn the Ignition ON
3. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current)
4. Record the DTC & Clear
5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON.
6. Read ECU parameters 7007(Control Module Input
Power “3”) using diagnostic tool
Range: 9 to 16 V.
7. Verify If
U100A – 17
is present
Voltage
fluctuates
between 0V and
14V?
No
Replace wiring harness
(Vehicle side)
Check resistance of Under bonnet fuse
box (60 Amp).

Is it infinity
/Showing No
value (fuse is
blown)?
Yes
No
Replace the respective
fuse
