Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Check whether the EMS ECU is receiving supply and
Ground. Check especially the earthing points whether
they are properly connected after removing body paint.
Any problem found?
Go to step 2
Rectify wiring
harness
connections as
per schematic
2.
Check whether the battery is healthy
Go to step 3
Repair Battery
3.
If fault still persists
Replace EMS ecu
Repeat above
procedure for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:
Ensure that no faults are logged by EMS before handing over the vehicle back to customer
