17.Disconnect the bundy pipe/Hose from wheel
cylinder. Put rubber dust cap on to the bundy
pipe to avoid brake fluid from spilling and
contamination.
18.Remove bleed screw.
19.Take out bearing Assembly and brake shoe
assembly by removing four allen screws as
shown.
20.Use RTB fixture for installation and dismantling
the rear suspension assembly.
21.Incase of installation fixture is not available,
place the jack below the LH and RH knuckles
with the help of vertical movement jacks
having firm grip to avoid slip as shown.
Caution:
Do not jack the RTB other than shown
locations, like the cross beam (Center/sides),
cross beam bottom reinforcement plates, blade,
spring pan, PHR bracket, PHR, hub bearing etc.
22.Loosen (Do not remove) Panhard rod both
side mounting bolts.
23.Loosen (Do not remove) RTB pivot bush
LH/RH cross bolt.
24.Loosen (Do not remove) Damper bottom
mounting bolt.
25.Remove the Panhard rod to BIW mounting
bolt.
26.Remove the damper bottom mounting bolt
LH/RH.
27.Remove the Pivot bracket mounting to BIW
mounting 4 bolts LH/RH.
