6. Using suitable pliers, remove piston pin round
wire circlip.
7. Remove gudgeon pin from the small end of
connecting rod.
8. Remove connecting rod.
NOTE
•
Keep each piston and gudgeon pin as a
set, when removed.
9. Using ring expander, remove piston rings
10. Insert flywheel locking pin to lock flywheel.
11. Remove flywheel mounting bolts and then
flywheel locking pin.
12. Remove flywheel.
