11.18.9 FATC SENSORS AND ACTUATORS
A SOLAR LOAD SENSOR:
Solar load sensor is a photodiode that measures the relative solar load. It provides the output current
proportional to solar heating.
Location:
It is fitted on front defrost grill.
Inspection:
Fit the solar load sensor into its adaptor. Connect the electrical connection.
Measure response at different intensity and plot graph of sensor output and intensity
