INSTALLATION:
1. Fit the cooling module on mounting member
of the car and tighten the mounting bolts.
2. Connect the electrical connections for
temperature sensor & condenser fan.
3. Fill coolant (branded premixed ready to use
coolant)
4. Top up coolant through auxiliary tank cap up
to "Full" mark.
5. Fit Auxiliary tank cap.
6. Bleed the cooling system refer the engine
cooling section.
7. Remove the trapped air though venting screw.
8. Remove AC system gas.
9.9.3 REMOVAL AND REFITMENT OF REAR
BUMPER
1. Place the vehicle in the two-post lift or level
surface.
2. Remove tail lamp.
3. Loosen the rear bumper bolts both the top
and bottom ones.
4. Also remove the rear wheel arch screws as
shown in fig 7 at both the ends ie on left and
right hand side.
5. Remove tree clips from bottom.
