9.9 BUMPER AND FASCIA ASSEMBLY
9.9.1 R+R of front bumper
REMOVAL
1. Park the car on the two-post lift and lift it up.
2. Remove mudguard attached to the front
bumper.
3. Unscrew the four fastener of the bumper
attached to the dust shield and remove the
dust shield as shown in fig.
4. Lower the car from the two-post lift to unscrew
the below bumper fasteners.
5. Remove bolts from top side under hood.
4. Unlock the bumper by pulling it from its
bracket.
5. Hold the bumper properly and remove it.
REFITMENT
1. Properly align the bumper so that no gaps are
seen in the matching face of bumper and the
body.
2. Tighten the top fasteners.
3. Lift up the two post lift then align the dust
shield and the bumper and tighten the
fasteners.
4. Tighten fasteners below bumper end.
