1.4.17. DOOR LATCH REAR
REMOVAL

1. Remove the door trim
(For procedure refer
rear door trim removal procedure.)
2. Remove rear door outer handle. (For
procedure refer rear outer door lock removal
process.)
3. Disconnect electrical connector at the latch
end.
4. Push the pop knob to downward position so as
to have in lock position to have better access
to remove the links
5. Remove door inner lock handle. (For
procedure refer door inner lock handle removal
process.)
6. Disconnect the inner handle cable from the
door inner lock handle.
7. Loosen and remove three door latch mounting
screw.
8. Disconnect outer handle link from the handle
end.
9. Remove the latch.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
