III. Assembly of Cylinder Head Sub-

NOTE
Ensure the readings are within the
specified limits.
1. Move the valve spring compressor rail to the
exhaust side of the cylinder head.

Valve Spring Compression Tool -

SPECIAL TOOL
Valve Spring Compression Support Rail –
5424 5890 06 06
2. Insert the valve guide.
3. Place the spring seat.
4. Assemble the Intake valve to respective
location to cylinder head.
5. Assemble the valve guide seal.
6. Insert the valve spring.
