10. Assemble the tensioner and Lock the chain
tensioner with pin.
SPECIAL TOOL
Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking

11. Adjust the tension of Timing chain by unlock
the tensioner by removing locking pin.
12. Tighten the VCT and Exhaust camshaft
sprocket by specific torque.
13. Assemble cam chain guide
14. Spread the liquid red sealant on timing cover
without spilling the sealant in threaded holes.
