TURNING NOISE REPAIR (1.5CRAIL)

E. Loose the mounting bolt of B-mount to

transmission.

F. Push the powertrain from A-mount side

towards B-mount with the help of rod placing

between A mount & Arm (The distance ‘d’

should be in between 23 - 25.3mm).

G. Tighten the mounting bolt of B-mount with 108

Nm torque.

H. Maintain the gap of

2 mm

both RH & LH side

stopper bracket with sub-frame.

I. Tighten the nut of both RH and LH side

stopper bracket with 40 – 45 Nm torque.

J. Fit the battery tray, battery in tray & connect

the battery teminal.

NOTE

Ensure that the distance ‘d’ is be in between 23 -

25.3mm.s
