Trouble Shooting:-
Start
Read IVN DTCs in TCM
Is
MTO logged against ECM
in TCM in current state
?
No (In history)
Check continuity between
TCM CAN_H (25 ) to ECM Diesel CAN_H(19)/ ECM Gasoline (C1,32)
and
TCM CAN_L (28 ) to ECM Diesel CAN_L(18)/ ECM Gasoline (C1,44)
in vehicle wiring side connector.
Is continuity
there?
Repair the wiring harness if
continuity is not there
Clear DTC
Stop
Yes
Yes
No
U0100-08 Lost of communication with Engine Control Module - Bus
Signal/Message Failure
1. Check ECM ECU fuses are blown.
2. Also, check ECM ECU is powered up
properly with battery, ignition and ground
lines.
