iii. REMOVAL OF EGR VALVE & OIL
COOLER
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose connected to the
EGR valve.
2. Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners
and take out the EGR valve.
3. Remove the mounting fasteners and take out
the EGR valve elbow.
4. Disconnect the pipes connected to the oil
cooler by removing the spring clamps.
5. Remove the oil filter using special tool.
6. Loosen and remove the oil cooler adapter and
take out the oil cooler assembly.
