10.Insert rear assy. pipe In middle pipe up to
stopper touch to rear pipe and just hand
tighten the nut.
11.Tighten the front pipe and middle pipe flange
nut by pneumatic tool & apply tightening
torque-2.3 kgf.m.
12.Tight the pipe in pipe joint clamp nut by
pneumatic tool & apply tightening torque 3.5
kgf.m.
NOTE
Ensure flex bellow should not be pre stress or
bend as shown in below figure & also ensure
proper orientation of rubber hangers
D. COOLING SYSTEM
ON VEHICLE REPAIRS
A. INTERCOOLER
REMOVAL
1. Remove the front bumper.
(Refer front
bumper removal procedure from Body
section).
2. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the
intercooler inlet and outlet hoses.
3. Loosen and remove the 2 bolts and take out
the intercooler assembly.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure for removal.
