C. EXHAUST SYSTEM

ON VEHICLE REPAIRS

A. EXHAUST ASSY. REAR (MAIN SILENCER)

REMOVAL

1. Remove all the three supporting rubber

hangers on the rear side.

2. Loose and remove the connecting clamp bolt

from Main Silencer and also remove the

rubber hanger

3. Remove the main silencer assembly.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of

removal.

B. EXHAUST PIPE ASSY. WITH PRE-

SILENCER

REMOVAL

1. Remove the mounting nuts of the

intermediate exhaust pipe connecting to the

front end pipe and Catcon.

2. Remove the rubber hangers and take out the

intermediate pipe.

FITMENT

For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.

NOTE



Use new gaskets every time while fitment

and tighten nuts and bolts to specified

torque.
