FITMENT
1. Introduce the CMC into the bayonet adapter
hole through slots (matching the bigger slot of
CMC and bayonet adapter) and turn it 45º anti-
clockwise to tighten it.
NOTE
Be careful not to damage the master cylinder
body while fitment.
Ensure that CMC is not over tighten and also
not kept loose.
2. Push the pedal in order to align CMC pushrod
fixing hole and pedal fixing hole. Fix the CMC
push rod by fitting the clevis pin and split pin.
3. Connect the low pressure hose to CMC and
reservoir end and fix them with hose clamps.
4. Fit the high pressure pipe to the CMC end by
simply pushing it into the CMC end.
NOTE
Ensure that a click sound is heard for proper
fitment of hose at CMC end.
No crack, breakage after turning CMC – LPP
transition area.
Make sure CMC is completely mounted in
anticlockwise direction by checking locked (or)
not.
After installation of clutch master cylinder
bleed the system. (For procedure refer clutch
bleeding from this section)
