I. Radiator Removal :

1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant

tank.

(For procedure refer “Coolant

replacement” in Engine maintenance section)

WARNING

Don’t open the cap when it is hot.

2. Disconnect the radiator top hose at radiator

end.

3. Remove the bottom hose at the radiator end.

4. Remove the radiator fan shroud. (Refer

radiator fan shroud removal.)

5. Discharge the refrigerant using standard

recovering equipment.

6. Loosen and remove the bolt and disconnect

the refrigerant inlet pipe to condenser.

7. Loosen and remove the bolt and disconnect

the refrigerant outlet pipe to condenser.

CAUTION

Never leave the condenser lines open

immediately cover them with caps,

otherwise the desiccant which is in-built in

the condenser may absorb the moisture

from surrounding air and get contaminated.
