H. Intercooler Removal :
1. Remove the stone guard
(Refer Stone guard
removal procedure in Body section).
2. Disconnect TMAP sensor connection on
Intercooler.
3. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the
intercooler inlet hose.
4. Loosen spring clamp and disconnect the
outlet hose.
5. Loosen and remove the 4 bolts and take out
the Intercooler assembly.
Fitment :
For re-fitment, follow reverse order of removal
procedure.
